Apple Sign-In identifier (if applicable)

Family and Dog Information

Within the App, you may provide:

Member names
Dog names and profile details
Log entries (bathroom logs, medication logs, feeding logs, notes, timestamps)
Custom log types and structured fields

Subscription Information

If you purchase a Family Plan:

Transactions are processed by Apple through StoreKit.
We do not store full credit card or payment details.
We may store subscription status and renewal state necessary to provide access to premium features.

Device and Usage Information

We may automatically collect limited technical information such as:

Device type
Operating system version
App version
Anonymous diagnostics and crash reports

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Provide and maintain the App
Enable shared family logging features
Synchronize data across devices
Process and validate subscriptions

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Data Storage and Security

PawDaily 2 uses secure third-party services including:

Firebase Authentication
Firebase Firestore
Firebase Storage
Firebase Cloud Functions

Your data is securely stored using cloud infrastructure provided by Google Firebase. All data transmission is encrypted using HTTPS.

Access to family data is restricted to authenticated members of the same family group.

While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no system can guarantee absolute security.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

We may share information only:

With members of your family group within the App
With trusted service providers (such as Firebase and Apple) necessary to operate the App
If required by law or legal process

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account remains active.

If you delete your account:

Your personal user data may be deleted or anonymized
Shared family logs may remain visible to other family members unless a full family deletion request is made
